L Allen Williams
Executive Director
Leta Allen Williams is the owner/ operator of Accounting by Allen. She has extensive work with charitable administration and support for domestic violence, single mothers and children at risk.

Holding a Masters in Accounting and being authorized by the IRS as an Enrolled Agent, Allen draws from a broad experience and numerous professional skills to enhance and direct WINGS ministries in the coming years.
Annie Veal May
Program Director
Annie May is the Program Director of WINGS. Serving over 20 years with the organization Annie possesses the necessary skills needed to carry out her title including supervising workers, assisting clients, keeping inventory, and meeting with clients to ensure their advancement.
QUALIFICATIONS: General knowledge of the following:
ï‚· Domestic violence (Certificate of Compliance with the MS Coalition Against Domestic
Violence Training Seminar)
ï‚· Sexual abuse (Certificate of participation with the MS coalition against Sexual Assault
including PTSD)
ï‚· Homelessness (Agency participation in Connection with MS United to End
Homelessness and Open Doors in Gulfport)
